Time and Material

Time to be clocked in either 1/2 day or Full day increments

1/2 day man and tools is $250- either 8:00am to 12:00pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm

1 Full day man and tools is $400- 8:00am to 4:00pm

Materials can be furnished by property owner or added to project cost.

For larger projects we prefer to bid on the project or provide a detailed estimate for services.
