Growing up in central North Carolina, Daniel specialized in Residential Building Performance and Residential Mechanical Moisture Control Solutions. As a resident of Michigan Daniel has collaborated with the best teams to provide timely, cost effective solutions for the issues of North Michigan. Focusing on problem solving and highest quality installations are two of the many qualities he carries to each project.

Daniel’s background includes a Bachelors of Science in Residential Building from Appalachian State University, LEED Green Associate USGBC, Licensed Residential Builder in the state of Michigan, years as Building Performance Technician working with programs including EnergyStar, HERS, EcoSelect, and founder of multiple successful small businesses.

When away from work Daniel can be found spending time with his wife and two young kids on their farm South of East Jordan.
